It all began with the end of the young Stratford, Ontario metal band "The Militia". Brady Lewis (ex guitarist and vocalist for "The Militia" ) was eager to get back to doing what he loved most, playing and writing music. In his hopes to start the next best classic metal band in Stratford he asked guitarist, Braeden Dill to join forces. In need of a bass player he didn't need to go far to find Ryan Campbell (ex bassist for "The Militia"). Shortly down the line, young Eric Hawley joined the band on drums, and thus the adventure began. Writing song after song, and going through band name after band name, the band you now know as "Kryptic" was born. Finally after 2 years of playing and searching, Kryptic finally had its singer, Mike Mccready. With his soaring vocals adding a fresh new dimension to Kryptic. With this new addition Kryptic is even more powerful and is ready to kick some ass.
