ok.....what is all this talk of glitches!? this is kinda rediculas, and maybe im wrong.... but it seems to be causeing a bit of whining.
IF it is such a big problem, and theres gonna be sore feelings (which i want no part of) then just give the prize to flexible yesterdays...... i really dont want all this trouble.... we should all be happy for each other..... and just cause a band wins or losses, it doesnt mean anything, except that one persons opinion may differ from anothers!....i really want all us bands to just work together and rock out!!!
cheers to you all and if you ..... EVERY BAND!!!!! cause as far as im concerned.... it was an honor to share the stage with all of you.....YOU ALL ROCKED MY SOX OFF!!!!!....and id love to keep playing shows with all of you.... lets keep working together guys and we ll turn this scene into the next seattle or somthing...lol

Actually,
We are happy to say that Supernova got in touch with us and we worked things out. The fellow we spoke to, Robert, was very understanding and we worked out an agreement.
Thank you to Supernova for the time and understanding, and their efforts in fixing the issue.
Cheers,
-Sex & Therapy

This is ridiculous... If they had to win there qualifier by PCA then put em in the finals its not like it will change the winnersAnd sex and candy should very well know that there are meetings to attend and tickets to get and sell and set times to find out... so i dont know why theyd show up without any of those things happening, next time call up supernova and find out what happens incase you do win PCA, If it was me id say your loss, but whatever thats just me

we found out if we won the PCA the DAY OF the June 2nd show. the 3rd qualifier was ONE WEEK before... the voting ended June 1 and the show was June 2. there was no way for us to attend any meetings, we were not informed of any meetings, and I'm sure there weren't multiple meetings the the past week... we WERE there ready to play. we showed up at 3pm, only two other bands were there already, with all of our members and everything we needed to play.

Hi guys,I just want to clarify that when Rami said PCA is 4 hours of recording time, he meant for this specific show - the Semi-Finals.Cheers,Sarah

I was curious about one of drkars statements "They showed up on saturday ready to play"
A frind of mine's boyfriend has done these Supernova things before and they brought up a point to me........did Sex & Therapy go to the both of the mandatory band meetings for the June 2 show?

I just thought that I would send a little link on here that is on Supernova's website STATING the contest rules for London's "Band on the Run"
http://www.supernova.com/bandontherun2007/london.html
This is where it states that 4 bands plus 1 PCA band will advance from EACH show. Nowhere does it say about 4 hours of recording time. We were denied to play what we won and something has to be done about it. 4 hours recording time...that means we have to go all the way out to Toronto and back just for four hours of recording time to make up for the mistake that Supernova has done and it is not worth the money to travel there and back for just four hours, so something must be done.
