okay I can't resist.. watching this BS for the last week OPS- when does one degree or two degrees become a measure of intelligence? You show none in your post! Vulgarity is offensive not hilarious...look it up! Xempt and others --- this was a competition and perhaps some of the bands did take it seriously-- not that they intended to become stars, but simply because this was an opportunity to perform live instead of in someone's garage or basement. Seems like the only ones bitching are those in defense of the stupidity that Xempt initiated.
To all other bands ---- congratulations on a very entertaining night. You have all shown a great deal of restraint in not commenting. To the first and second place bands well deserved... To the wildcard winner yet to be announced---good job

first of all vulgarity is hilarious, so listen up you old fuck a.k.a. coordinator, you talk about being mature, however it is you that is getting all upset about a meaningless competition and a little joke, that for everyone who reads these conversations between you and xempt, finds very funny. And why you are getting so upset is beyond me, is it that you think this little windsor organization called supernova is going to be the launching pad for your prepubesent child's little band? Frankly they suck, and to answer that question of course it's not! you need to stick your nose into some other business and stop feeding the oh-so unnecessary ego of you kid. learn to take a joke and for we the burning, simply get over yourselves. these ratings mean nothing because normal humans with lives do not have the time to sit and vote for bands, just a bunch of highschool kids that are going nowhere. p.s. don't try to comment back to me because i made this account to bitch out stupid kids and their fathers who think they are big shit- i will not reply back anyway

OR you could go straight to the source with "Let me talk to your mother" and then you can cut off their bad behaviour at the source by getting them grounded.

Apparently further comment WAS required. Check your facts, we've won before. And we do believe there is no Wildcard winner since there's no separate spot for it like every single other show. Information age - use it. Also, behind every joke, the intent is to laugh. Which we did much of. The intent was literally to see if we could take first place and get all of our votes removed since that was what was supposed to have happened.

It was completely jokes. The whole joke was to win with fake account. DUH. You can't think anyone is dumb enough to believe that they could legitimately win with a bunch of accounts with names like that and fake email addresses all formed on the same night from the same IP address with mostly the same postal codes. C'mon now. You guys may all hate how Supernova judges but please give them more credit than that. We knew full well we weren't going to win but we had a lot of fun messing around. We could truly care less if we win or not, we just like to play. We felt the need to cheat (hilariously) because it was fun and funny. You can't seriously think that Supernova.com voters are an accurate representation of how a band performed and how talented they are. This fun little squabble only reinforces the fact that its all about politics and how many friends you can get to vote for your band. The dedication of Supernova account voters doesn't make or break the way we do anything at all, as we've clearly already shown. We don't by any means think we're hot shit because we've been with Supernova for five years either. Quite the contrary, it's actually a bit disappointing that we haven't had time to branch out. You can still bow if you want though. Brutal truth = we just don't care to bother our friends and family with the voting. I believe this has now been dealt with, we were moving on well before we made our first account, and in the age old wisdom of coordinator, "Your name says it all.

well said, perhaps Xempt doesn't understand the definition of a joke. It isn't a joke when it is at the expense of others. Not to mention the use of your vulgarness is distasteful to say the least. Finally, if you have been involved with Supernova for the past 5 years, yet to win, there is a message there. Behind every joke, there is intent of one kind or another. Perhaps an apology, only if meaningful would be better suited than attempting to deflect onto others. Gentleman you need to grow up!

bullshit it was for jokes Xempt. If it was you wouldnt have gone on each one and voted everyday trying to boost your low rating. If shows were about having fun and seeing how good your crowd response is then why did you feel the need to cheat in an attempt to win when the crowd was clearly voting for other bands. AAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDD maybe you shouldnt think your hot shit either. Ooo 5 years with supernova. I bow to you great holy one.
