EVE

Eve is a hard rock/screamo band from Vancouver, BC, formed in late August of 2008. Eve was inspired by different genres, from aggressive hard-hitting metal to melodic punk-rock to soft ballades, even electronica. Following the demise of the band Bullet 69 in 2008, guitarist Jay, Derek and drummer Saya decided to form a new band. The trio searched for a vocalist, and eventually hired Sid as their new frontman, formerly of Vi’x. The group then named themselves as EVE. Evan is the newest member to join EVE. Since their debut live in 2009, EVE has performed in various venues in Vancouver, including Tom Lee musical hall, Michael J Fox theatre, Norman Rothstein theatre, and Vancouver convention centre. EVE released three singles in the year 2009, including popular upbeat song “Break”, and melodic soft ballad “Last Page”. EVE is currently in progress to record their latest mini album, which is scheduled for release in early 2011.
