After coming together in the fall of 2011, all four members of Mouth had taken their unique individual styles and woven them together into a few luscious tracks. The band called upon sound engineer/producer Siegfried Meier to capture these fierce tunes and get them down on a recording. On Dec. 17, 2011, Mouth made the trip up to Beach Road Studios and recorded all three tracks in one day. Edge Of Reason, Predator And Prey and Stubborn Stain were all recorded live off the floor, ensuring that the songs maintained the organic, live texture they had developed as they were written and rehearsed. The end product, "Wash," is a delicious introduction to the band and is just a taste of what's to come from Mouth.
